Ordered delivery yesterday. After an hour and 15 minutes the food finally arrives. When we called to check on the order, the staff said the driver was out and to call back in 15 minutes if the food hadn’t arrived. When I called back, their answer was the “driver is out, have a great day” CLICK. Why bother having me call back if your just going to hang up on me?
Food was fine. Neither employee was wearing a mask when I walked in and only pulled it over their mouth and not their nose. At least they didn’t make me wait outside like the last few times I’ve come.
Ran in to grab a sandwich togo & found only one employee wearing their mask correctly. While waiting for my food, a young blonde woman stood over the gentleman making the sandwiches & then picked up and ate meat from the ingredient station with no gloves (and obviously no mask) on. The cashier on duty, Daniel, was extremely pleasant & professional but seemed to be getting little cooperation and help from the fellow staffer.
Good for fast food. Staff was polite and fast. Bread was a bit over cooked.
Food was fast, not fastest, but good. Order was correct. Will go back.nnUpdate 3.28.21: I have been back twice since including today and orders are wrong. I guess them pushing cheese on sandwiches makes them incapable of hearing what ingredients to not put on sandwich. Staff not very friendly.nAdditionally today they were sorting, counting presliced meats and stacking them on a back counter. The person in charge was not wearing gloves and kept touching her hair and then the slices of meat. I was pretty grossed out.nnI don't think I will be bringing family back due to multiple errors and potentially unsanitary handling of food.
