I am very unsatisfied with the service, ordered a pizza and was told we would get it within 30-40 minutes and waited 4 hours due to the fact that they only had ONE driver. When we called the manager, expressing how unhappy we were with the service, he gave us attitude and just laughed, also cutting us off to tell us how long he’s been working there. Very unprofessional. Do better.
This is honestly the worst Dominoes pizza place ever. I've been waiting 4 hours for my food and it never came. I had to call twice and the only solution was that the manager said he only has 1 driver and theres nothing he can do. The first time I called he told me 30-40 mins. I called back an hour and a half later and this time he told me he doesnt have an ETA for my food. I was very upset. He laughed in my face and hung up the phone. He also made an excuse saying that he has only been a manager for a month there. I understand being understaffed but as a general manager you should've planned better or called in for help. this place is terribly ran and the change of managers didn't help. you have so many people waiting for hours for their food and didnt even care to call to give an update at any point in time. At this point it is a few minutes to midnight so there's nothing else I can eat. So now I have no food and no other options this late.
Definitely calling corporate to get multiple people fired waited 2 hours for delivery, go to the store and the guy finally calls me rushing saying hef has other orders.
Three orders in a row and each worse than the last. Crust terribly chewy, soggy in the center and outer crust that was hard. Temp was almost cool when delivered. Toppings were minimal. You can do a lot better elsewhere. I'm going to.
Always perfectly prepared, timely delivered, excellent pizzas and breads. I’ve ordered a couple of times and never disappointed us. Thank you Dominos Dunwoody, thank you for being perfect pizza delivery place!
