Our business used this company and the customer service and technician was very nice and professional. He did a great job installing new lock. He was in and out with no problem.nnI did 5 stars because the service was great. The only thing we did not like was the pricing is so unknown. Once the technician receives a picture of the door then there should be a fixed price instead of a range of this or that. That's not good business. I felt like I was at a car dealership trying to negotiate a price for installation. But other than that everything else was great and I recommend using this company.
