Very quick—got to our house in 21 minutes after calling 11:17 pm. One door wouldn’t work (which actually makes me feel better that even with his professional tools, he couldn’t get it), so he had to drill through the lock. He had all the tools he needed though. We appreciate that he got here quickly and was prepared!

Sonny arrived quickly after being called. He inspected the lock and went to his truck to get the proper tools. Within 3 minutes, my door was open!
