Today was my first day using this location. There was a great assortment of gym equipment to choose from and everything was clean (bathroom/locker room included). This is a sports club location so there’s also a pool and some other things like that to use. I was here on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn’t overcrowded at all. I usually use the Atlantic station location and this one was much more spacious.

I sometimes rotate between this location and Sandy Springs. Both gyms are not clean. They do not clean machines, sauna, bath and showers. It is disgusting and disappointing. I make sure to wipe down machines/weights before working out. However the staff needs to make sure the gym is cleaned. Also the weight machines are old and sometimes broken. This is a disappointment. It seems that this locations has the best cardio machines and Sandy Springs has the best weight lifting machines. You request customers money so these Gyms should have working machines. The only reason I last this long is because of the sauna. I will be looking for a new gym.

Arrived at la fitness on a Sunday morning to get a quick workout in. The gym opens at 8 however me and 10-12 other guests stood outside in the misty rain for over 20 min after 8:00 waiting for someone to open the door. To realize that apparently the staff doesn’t know what time the gym opens and most of us just left.

Due to medical issues I am still in quarantine with my 70 year old mother. I unfortunately have to cancel my membership because they started charging my account again and i cannot go. The only way they will let you cancel is to come into the gym or mail in a form. A) I do not have a printer B) we are in the middle of a pandemic. Really La Fitness you all have not set up a way to cancel that keeps high risk customers safe. You sure did make it easy to start my membership online but no way to cancel online.

Went to work out this morning (Sunday) no one there to open at 8am- waited for 30 minutes, watched several others come and then leave after seeing gym was not open. The problem is this happens frequently at this location and Obviously not a concern for management because it continues to happen. Poor way to run a business.
