If I could give a negative point I would. When I walked through the parking lot there were numerous used syringes in the parking lot. Made me think I was in downtown Atlanta and it was full of nothing but junkies. You couldn't tell me that employees that work there didn't see those syringes all over the place. When I mentioned it to management he said quote unquote we had a people that come in that we contract to maintain it. My point is I know good well somebody had to see it and report it besides myself and that should have been gotten up immediately with it being a biohazard. The manager that I spoke with really care less but that was even in his parking lot.also upon going there I was going to purchase a pack of cigarettes but their cheapest was $11 in change. Those cigarette prices are what you would find in New York state. needless to say I went across the street to Publix and without using coupons the cigarettes were a third of what they were asking for. I would not recommend in fact I would go to any other place as opposed to there because of their employees and non-caring attitude. also makes you think that it is a very unsafe part of town in which it's not but they don't care less I think the place needs to be closed down and all stuff reassigned or terminated

I had an online pickup from this storenI used coupons to purchase some products but the guy at the counter ( who claims that he is the manager) refused to give me the products that I already paid for . He said that they are out of stock but when I checked at the shelves , there was plants of them . I even brought them to the counter for him to see them but still he refused to give them to menI didn’t understand his behavior and why he refused to give me the products I already paid fornHe instead gave me a refund but the coupon I used is gonenThis is not the first time I noticed him behaving like thisnnI will no longer use this store to pick up my products, I’d rather drive to another location than dealing with this guy

Their employees are very helpful. I was having a million issues with getting a photo order straightened out (not the fault of this store). Glen and Keith were more than happy to assist me to make sure I was happy with my order in the midst of my frustration.

I was there today at 5:30 pm to load money to my current card but the manager won't allow me to, I have been coming to this Walgreens to load my card and never had an issue, that manager just was rude and didn't like me and denied service to me. 01/21/21 he said straight out that he will not do it for me , Walgreens needs a new manager asap .....
