I like everything about CVS except the prices and their rewards system. Any coupons or cash back has to be redeemed in a week or they expire... pretty much good for nothing. Walgreens is a much better experience and your points add up for cash redemption, not yards of useless coupons. The points renew monthly.

This was the worst place to complete the Covid Test. The window service had no patience and wanted to give us instructions and complete test in 2 seconds. Just horrible. The service personal did not want to walk us through slowly to make sure we get it right. On top of that, we had to do the test ourselves. Why? Shouldn't we get paid if we are the ones to do the test ourselves? In the end, their customer service was horrible. I wonder if this is racially related because we were black in a mainly white neighborhood. CVS has no clue who we are and therefore we should be treated like a true patient and not some number that they could not stand to deal with for no reason. Ever customer should be treated equally and if your customer service people can't handle their job, then they should be removed.

Drive through for picking up medication is WAAAAAAYY too slow! Only reason I come here is because my insurance changed to here. Will always prefer Walgreens to the slow slow service that is and has always been CVS.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever gotten at a pharmacy. the people that work there do not care about anyone that walks through the door or about their jobs.
