If only they would say “ sorry I messed up your order but let me get it right this time” ! I was told a different name on my free order. Then told I had my order incorrect a few times. Nope, you wrong again! But why are you telling me that instead of listening and not accusing me. They gave excuses as if I purposely ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with NO coffee in it on purpose. I only care to get my order correct. NO EXCUSES Lordy.
Great and quiet location. Marco is a class act there.
I’ve been going to this Starbucks on and off for a couple of years throughout high school/middle school (yes I’m young). I have rarely ever been disappointed and would recommend coming here for sure. For one lines are typically shorter than other local ones bad customer service is always good!
Gentleman behind the counter this morning was very rude. Today as well as other occasions he seemed as if the customers were annoying him. Today he was slamming things around and barking at the other staff. It was uncomfortable. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with him on a daily basis. All of the other staff are always very friendly but I will not return.
Customer service is great here!
