The customer service was great! They were fast and efficient. I placed my order, stepped off to the side and not a minute later my drink was ready. I enjoyed the taro milk tea with pearls, it's a little different from other taro milk teas that I've had at other places, but it was still really good.
Love their tea and how they practice social distancing. The place is usually crowded and the wait time is around 10-15’. I know it’s quite long but it’s so worth it. I also like their brown sugar milk tea. It’s not too sweet and the boba is always soft and chewy
I was looking forward to a great experience with how highly rated this place is, only to be sorely disappointed. I ordered a taro smoothie with regular boba, because I absolutely adore taro. I got a plain milkshake with boba ... At least the pearls taste good? Seriously do not recommend, and will not be back.
Very nice bubble tea shop! Tapioca pearls are the perfect texture, nice and bouncy. Ordered the classic pearls milk tea and they make it perfect. Staff are very kind as well.
There are lots of tea options. The milk/cheese top can be better. The waffle order took longer than expected. Since everything is togo during Covid, they should pack the waffle in better packaging intended for take out.
