This location it's full of rude people they do not respect customer satisfaction. I went to this location ask for a drink they didn't have, I ask for something different and because I ask for something different it was a argument in rudeness from one of the employees that it was not even making my drinknI know this is not gonna make a difference because there's millions of people who order from Starbucks but the bad customer service, as a customer I will never purchase in this location ever again I would encourage to the owner of this location to talk to his team and apply more better customer Service

Literally just stood in line for 30 minutes waiting on an iced coffee. Definitely will not be wasting my time here again.

They ignore me and also wait to get my order and they receive me with attitude, horrible they dont want this job, should do something else. I'm tired too I needed a coffee but is not ok they should fake at least

I don’t really review Starbucks like that but this place was the only place that was able to properly make my drink without screwing it up

I’d give it -1 if I could.I went about 2 hours ago and it was terrible. Every person waited 40 minutes for their drink and they weren’t even under staffed. After watching the 4 people in front of me wait 40 minutes then the lady ask what their drink was because she hadn’t made it yet I couldn’t believe it. I asked for a refund and she went to ask the other girl to make my drink(after 40 minutes) and the girl replies “I don’t have the stuff to make that” so after FORTY minutes of waiting on 1 drink they never even had the stuff to make it. They never apologized, gave me anything just asked for my receipt put it back and didn’t say anything after. Would be embarrassed to own this location. Embarrassed.
