I think I've posted before, but this is my favorite Starbucks. I like Starbucks in general, but this one never lets me down with my orders. Even if there's a line, they're still pretty quick. Always super friendly and smiling. And they will remember your name lol.
I usually don't have an issue at this location. The drinks are well made. However, there's a lack of efficiency. It's a busy location, yes. Are they understaffed? I think so. I went in and it took me 15 mins to get a my drink. I opted to go inside instead of drive through because it was so long but maybe drive through is faster? But they really can't manage in store and drive through in that case. Like is drive through priority? They were a hot mess and I mean I get it its busy. I've worked retail too and when things got crazy, we got flustered. They were all running into each other trying to get drinks made.

I went in this morning for a decaf cappuccino and their decaf machine was down. Kelly went to the trouble of brewing a fresh pot of decaf coffee just for me and even steamed the half and half for my coffee. The service recovery was amazing! she really didn't have to do that for me but I'm so thankful that she did, kindness goes a long way!
Really nice group of people behind the counter. I would certainly stop in again! My order was filled very promptly as well!
