I get my breakfast here almost every morning. Cecelia, the manager, always has a smile and really is the glue that holds this McDonald's together! She appears to be well liked by her workers and has been at the register and in the kitchen many times. Thanks for the wonderful breakfast!!
I ordered Door Dash between 2-3 am. The bread was stale Mac sauce missing and half the spicy nuggets were missing. I PAID for delivery and this is the service I received. They REFUSE to Amber the phone so I can even complain to her it rectified. Service has gone way down since this COVID thing. It was already bad (customer service in general from everywhere), but now it seems businesses could care less about the service they provide out of desperation for workers I guess. I’d love to see someone maintain the level of service and hold employees accountable for providing excellent service AND PRODUCT. I better get my order replaced or there will be hell to pay. I’m leaving review after review for EVERY company I get bad service from. And MCDONALD’S, you’re at the top of my list. Look out corporate world here I come.
Food was fresh, but too much salt on.fries.also I had a special order there was an error but it was fixed
Poor customer service
This place consistently gets every order wrong. They honestly couldn't be more inept if they tried. I guess McDonald's has just decided that hiring the lowest common denominator is somehow better for their brand and profits?
