We love Starbucks and we come to the shop to get freshly brewed coffee. If you guys can pay attention not to give us the last bitter part where there is no coffee flavor left we appreciate.nnTo understand my comment if you can taste the pike you gave us 20 mins back you can.
Drinks always made well and proper(ly).nnUpdate - baristas doing their best to make it great.nIt’s tough to stay open, and with cases declining, service is much better.
The people here are great but the drive thru traffic situation is terrible with absolutely no direction from the staff/management. It’s been like this for years and I’m surprised there haven’t been more accidents.
This location is going downhill fast. Everyday its a different issue from being understaffed to making drinks incorrectly. I've never seen a Starbucks closed as much as this and honestly if this cannot support the business of the area then it should be closed permanently. Reallocate the resources to FULLY staff a location. People definitely spend enough money here and quite frankly spending 45 minutes in a drive thru line for a mobile order is ridiculous.
