Tonite was my first time here and it was amazing. Beautiful inside, seating area very nice and we'll maintain. Staff was awesome and super friendly. This will definitely be one of my new hang outs for mother- daughter day with my baby girl. Definitely had more of a new modern up to date feel

always clean. always friendly. always fun. always running a great deal. win, win WIN!!! They have really done some great things to comply with physical distancing requirements. and it's fun!

Very attentive to guest, not overly crowded and excellent front desk service! Had a great time with the family in a fun environment! It's not just bowling, it is so much more. We will definitely be going back!

Someone from my table ordered a $21 pitcher of beer that we immediately canceled afterwards because we had to leave before we expected.nnAt first a manager came by and asked us if the pitcher we cancelled had come yet and we said no. And then the pitcher actually came right afterward (even though we had just confirmed that it was canceled) and I told the waiter that we'd just talked to the other employee that asked us if the pitcher had come yet and that we didn't want it.nnThe waiter initially implied that she was gonna take it out of the check and we didn't have to pay for it, assuming that it was gonna get poured out anyways. Since we were told this, we went ahead and drank a quick cup before we had to leave while we were waiting for our check.nnWhen she came back with our check, she told us that the manager asked her to charge us for the last pitcher (which we had canceled IMMEDIATELY after ordering) because we took a drink from it. I went ahead and paid for it because I didn't want to create a scene in front of my friends and we were in a hurry, but I think that the way this was conducted was very unprofessional. So if we hadn't touched the pitcher, or if the pitcher had looked like it wasn't touched to you, you were planning on serving it to another customer? Or pour it back into the keg? (I really hope that that's not something you do regularly) If not, then what is the point for charging us for it - especially considering we had already spent around a hundred dollars on two other pitchers of beer and food.nnThe cleanliness of the place overall and the quality of the food was good, but this particular issue left me feeling like I was scammed.

Nice place. Arcade is fairly cheap. Not a big fan of the covid tax. Alcohol is overpriced
