I was recommended by a friend to Mark in 2016. I went to his office in April of that year to get his help in filing an extension. Stupidly of me, I left all my documentation with him without having backup copies. Within a few days, he suggested I just pay whatever was comfortable with me for the extension and the rest could be paid later with no penalty. I did that and then called to get quarterly estimates; he never responded. Over the next year, I called him, sent emails and went to his office. I wanted to get my backup documentation back, but until this day he has never responded and I still don't have my personal documents. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!
