The pizza tasted great, but it took longer than supposed to get food. Bread sticks were cold and over cooked. Boneless wings were supper tender, almost borderline undercooked, but didn't make anyone sick.
Our 3 pan cooked pizzas a cheese, a pepperoni an a meat lovers as well as our cheese sticks were delicious as always. Thumbs up Pizza Hut. Everyone got what they wanted an loved it. Thank you Staffine an staff.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in life. I prepaid for my pizza 25 minutes before I arrived for “curbside service.” I ended up going in the store to grab my pizza which resulted in me and another customer standing there for about 15 minutes because the only employee that was visible to us kept acting like she couldn’t hear us trying to get her attention. The other customer left and cancelled his order and then finally when another employee came from the back I asked her to cancel my order because it’s been ready before I got there and no one has handed to me my pizza. Then they finally check and hand it to me. I will not order from them anymore.
I placed a contactless curbside order (paid in advance with tip). Because I’ve already learned not to expect great customer service..I made sure to go between/after the expected Ready Time. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I First waited in my car. Afterward, I decided to be realistic with the situation and then went inside. The current cashier was assisting a customer that was in disagreement with the charges. Although there were four other people there, no one bothered to asked if I had a pick up order. I had to wait while they finish explaining the charges to that customer. My order was ready before they assisted that customer and yet 30 seconds to hand me my order just didn’t seem possible to them.
