I picked up my wedding dress and once I got it home, it didn't feel like it had been altered. Both my mother and aunt noticed that the dress looked exactly the same when I dropped it off for alterations. My mom didn't find the seamstress very friendly. I tried on the dress when I picked it up and it looked great and felt like it had been altered, but I also wasn't wearing the shoes I wore at the wedding because I was picking up the dress on my lunch break.
