I had a great experience with the lady who filed my taxes but trouble with Jackson Hewitt itself due to how your return goes to their account and the direct deposit I gave them rejected. I also unfortunately had my stimulus direct deposit show in my account and get rejected, leaving me in a bind. I would hope they can fix it ASAP.
