I have been to many Pizza Huts over the years. I have even been to Pizza huts in other countries. This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA HUT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I would rather eat pizza from a lunchables. Good luck getting your pizza delivered under 2 hours or even getting what you ordered. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE or you will regret it. The absolute worst. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again. Wish I could take stars away from them. I am beyond words...

Wow, probably wouldn’t have ordered from here if we had read the reviews. Ordered at 530, almost two hours passed and still hadn’t received food. Called the store and they said it was on the way. Another rep called us back and said sorry delivery is backed up but you can come get it yourself?! after we had just been told that someone was on the way with it.. “oh oops sorry”... then we were told sorry we don’t have the drinks you ordered so we will give you some 2 liters instead. Fine.. order shows up and we’re missing food. Called back but kept getting redirected to a call center. Was told the missing food would be delivered soon. Waited another hour or so.. nothing. Called back again and was told it would be about another hour. Get the wings we ordered that were missing, but those are also wrong. Supposed to be traditional medium.. got breaded boneless bbq. I’m sure it wasn’t but it almost felt intentional at this point. Just wished someone would’ve given more of a sh*t to make it right with someone who paid $$ for something they didn’t receive. Doubt this location will make it much longer. Pizza Hut used to be one of my favorites, but sadly this will probably be the last time I order. Would’ve been better off putting my $50 in a shredder. I will say the second guy that delivered the wings was friendly and at least apologetic.

Order from somewhere else!! This location can never get our pizza to us warm and in a timely manner. They are constantly 15-20 off their projected delivery time. Plan ahead if you want your pizza at a specific time, and order somewhere else if you want a hot fresh pizza.

The worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had the bad misfortune of dealing with. My family has ordered from here 6+ times now and every single time they forget part of our order or have given us someone else’s order. I’m only leaving this bad review after the many terrible experiences we have had.nnToday was the last time. You are better off going with Papa John’s or Marco’s.nnThis Pizza Hut has the most incompetent staff I’ve ever encountered in a pizza delivery restaurant.nnDo better!

Ordered my food over 3 hours ago. Literally 3 hours ago. Called to check on my order and was told I could come pick it up. With no refund for tip or delivery cost. Never again. This is unbelievable - Update. My order was delivered at 11:22 pm. I submitted my order at 7:53 pm. Had to get out my bed to get my 3 hour late order. This is not good business. So irritated and disappointed because now I will never spend my money at ANY Pizza Hut again
