Worst service ever!!!! They say it’s “$5.00 Hot and Ready.” Well it’s now over $6.00. And nothing was ready! After they took my money, they said it was going to be at least 15 minutes and then made me stand outside in the freezing cold. Had they not already taken my money I would have just left. They have done this another time and I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time that they were just having a bad night. I will not be coming back! If I could I would give them negative stars!
Ordered my pizza in store at 6:08pm today (Friday) didn’t get my pizza until 7:13. Took over an hour to get my pizza. Kept asking what was going on with my pizza and three separate times they said “oh sorry, I just checked and your pizza is going in now.” Finally spoke to a manager and he said that their first priority is online orders. There was several other people who were in the store waiting over an hour for their pizza and THEY ORDERED ONLINE! Manager said he would refund me my money for my pizza but I never got it. Went home with a flat stuffed crust with barely any cheese. My advice, don’t go to this store on a Friday they couldn’t seem to get anyone’s order right.
Nice, clean environment n very nice ppl workn there.
My order was made to perfection and quickly!! Unlike the Domino's near me!!! All the staff was wearing protective gear and the place was clean and they had great social distancing setup!!
I came here to order $5 large pizza and was told they was no longer selling the deal when its advertising on windows, menu boards and tv. I was very disappointed and not happy at all. I will not be back at all
