R2 Total Fitness 24/7 in Woodstock is clean, the machines and equipment are fairly new and the staff is friendly. I also like that the inner/outer thigh workout machines are facing a wall vs facing others, which allows those who are a bit modest to feel more comfortable using those machines.
A great little gym with everything you need for health and fitness. Marcus he is very knowledgeable and has been in the business for over 30 years. For me, it has all of the essentials
This is a great gym. Owners and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Equipment is clean. Feels like family when you go in....no feeling of competition to be the most fit person in there. Awesome PHIIT classes!!!
This is the only gym I have actually enjoyed going to. Very clean. The staff is top notch, Bill and Marcus care about every one of their members and also greet everyone who steps in the gym. They are very helpful in showing you how to use equipment and tell you how to do exercises the right way. If you are trying to find a gym I strongly consider checking out R2 Total Fitness!
Marcus knows his stuff and is incredibly welcoming. The gym is always clean and we'll maintained. If anything breaks, it's instantly fixed. Couldn't recommend more.
