Hands down my favorite gym (besides my home gym) that I’ve ever been to! Courtney and the crew that attend there are all amazing, and I can’t wait until the next time I need to go back! I walked in and needed a temporary gym for the week, and I was immediately approached, with introductions and some welcome information, and the rest is history. Great gym to work in, great coaches to work under, and some Great PR’s to be smashing!
Love this place! Very friendly, family-type and competitive atmosphere. The workouts are great and so are the coaches. There is so much to do here and it's a very relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a winner in my book.
Dropped in last week while visiting from Florida. Very large place with plenty of room to move around so you don't feel cramped. Everyone was very welcoming and the coaching and equipment was top notch. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great workout around great people. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Georgia.
I dropped in for 2 days while I was visiting family in town and everyone was so welcoming! The owner and head coach Courtney was friendly and runs an awesome gym. If I lived in the area I would choose Crossfit Lokahi as my gym; loved the welcoming environment and challenging workouts! Looking forward to visiting again in the future.
Love this place! It has turned into a second home. It doesnt matter where you are at on the fitness scale this place will challenge you. The coaches, owners and regulars are some of the nicest and most welcoming people i have ever had the pleasure of meeting!
