During this Pandemic time it's been somewhat difficult to find the right gym to get a safe, and good workout in. After a legitimate referral I decided to visit Orangetheory and I was very pleased with their process, their professionalism, the energy each coach brings and the fact that you don't have to worry about who's looking because everyone is working out and it's fun, clean, consistancy during the workout cycle, and you have results at the of the day.
I love everything about the classes and I haven't been disappointed by the great coaches. In my first week and loving it.

My home studio is Cumberland but due to the storm last week- I have to stay up in Kennesaw temporarily while my house is getting fixed. I visited this location for the first time today and had Cynthia as the coach. She was AMAZING! After going to the Kennesaw location just yesterday and having a pretty poor experience, I decided to try Towne Lake and they did not disappoint! The staff was amazing and Cynthia- introduced herself to me immediately and corrected my workouts throughout class to make sure I was staying on track and using proper technique. Thank you Cynthia for the great workout! I'll be back!
