The workouts are ever changing and never boring. The trainers are welcoming and not scary. They answer any question without making you feel silly. Everything is very clean.
Great experience as soon as you walk thru the door. Upbeat music and a different work out every day. The staff, especially Chris, are always upbeat, positive and will always explain every round if you are unsure. I highly recommend to the newest person starting out or experienced gym guy. Quick and exciting workout every time!!
I love this place! The owner is so friendly and knows everyone by name. Staff is always nice and Available to help with any questions. I always get the best workout in 30 minutes.
This is the most awesome workout! I love that you can feel So full of energy when you are done! It works every muscle and it gives you strength and confidence! And Chris and Mike are the best! All of the trainers there are wonderful! I highly recommend this 9Round - It can’t be beat!
This is the perfect workout environment for people with busy schedules. In and out in 30 min with all the feel goods of a great workout.
