One of the Busiest Pharmacies in the state of Georgia! This is to be expected though with it being one of the few open 24 hour pharmacies in the entire state. So expect long phone wait times due to high demand (don't ever hang up and call back immediately or you just get put back to the end of the phone call line) and try to plan ahead of time for refills (request a refill a few days before you run out). With the CVS app, you can check your prescription's status and even see what is ready including the price of the medication. You can even request refills straight through the app to save time instead of calling and waiting on the phone for awhile. It also let's you prepay for your prescriptions to save time during the pick up process. If you don't use the app, I would just wait until you get a text or phone call it is done (calling to ask if it is ready doesn't make it go any faster, it just takes away the time they could have used to fill it in order to assist you). So far, I have gone to this place for the past 15 years and the store has always been great! I always had great service coming here when I was younger and the added convenience of it being one of the only places open at night helps immensely.

I would give 0 stars if I could!! They constantly lie about when things will be ready. Something dropped off at 8AM with a 30 minute fill time should be ready by a 3:00PM pick up. THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS!!! Get more OR BETTER staff if you need to meet the needs of your customers. People NEED their medication and should be able to rely on truth instead of having to call, be placed on hold for 10 minutes to be told it will be ready and then it is not, only to have to continuously call again and again or wait forever in line AND ITS STILL NOT READY! DO NOT LIE AND SAY IT WILL BE READY IF YOU CAN NOT KEEP THOSE PROMISES! So unprofessional. Avoid this place if you can. I'll continue to write these as they continue to happen. CVS CORPORATE NEEDS TO LISTEN AND TAKE ACTION!

You should let people know you give antibiotics for kids out with the safety seal broken and half full. I had no idea until I asked a personal friend who happens to be a pharmacist. Seems like important information to share.

Yesterday we had a prescription filled remotely. I called the pharmacy at 5p, I was on hold 8 minutes before anyone picked up the phone. The woman who finally answered was very friendly and said the prescription would be ready in an hour and a half. I waited a little longer because this location always seems extra busy. I got there at 7:20p, sat in line 12 minutes and when I get to the window, the lady says it'll be 20 more minutes. She was nice about it, though. I left, and when I got home 30 minutes later I received a text saying the prescription was ready. I just waited until the next day to pick it up. I sat in that line 32 minutes today waiting to pick up that prescription... I hate this CVS.
