Got my two covid vaccines at this location. It was very fast. The staff was efficient and ran on time. Very simple, in and out. And there was no charge. I made the appointments on the app.
I went here for both my initial, and my follow up Covid 19 Tests. Both appointments were drive-through, and both went exceptionally well. It was easy to do, and the staff were friendly, prudent, and helpful.
I was trying to make a vaccine appointment because i quality for it and the automated phone scheduler sent me to the pharmacy line and the technician working was *extremely* rude as I was trying to explain the situation about how the phone sent me to her and the website was not working and she told me if I can’t figure it out online then there are no vaccines available. which is not correct at all... She refused to help me any further and then hung up the phone. I am shocked at the level of disrespect
They canceled my pick up order less than ten minutes after I placed it due to stock. I walked into the store about an hour later and all of my items were in stock in abundance. Lazy workers and horrible customer service.
The store hours State they are open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. which is incorrect because nobody's allowed in the store until 8:00 a.m. . Management needs to change this on the website immediately to reflect the current store hours.
