I lost my wallet last week and had to pay with cash... Since I use a walker and am on oxygen, I used the intercom to ask if they could allow me to pay after I pumped, so I could drive over and bring them cash, minimizing extra walking. He said I'm sorry we cant... etc. When I came in and pointed out that he should be more helpful to the disabled and elderly, he said that he couldn't hear me... Then why didn't he ask me to speak more loudly and repeat my request... Since they had multiple people he could have sent someone out to follow up, etc... I'm just appreciative that normally I have credit cards, but imagine people who have to do this each time!
I placed an order for a frappe and milk shake at the back cafe area. Paid for it up front and waited 10 minutes for it. I got tired of waiting at looked behind the cafe counter and the employee was on her phone. I know she got my order because it said it on the screens in front of her. The cashier up front did refund my money at least.
just bought takeaway pizza here with extra sauce paid. I came home, but there are no sauces, neither free nor paid. Be careful, they cheat here.
Best Doughnuts Ever!!
I have special needs children. The staff here are always accommodating and friendly. They know us by name. Jacob and Victoria are the best, but I have never had a problem with a single employee. The store and parking lot are always spotless.
