I found the vehicle I was interested in online at Krause Family Ford. I called to set up an appointment to test drive the car and that process was quick and easy! The sales associate we worked with was great! He was not pushy and very helpful with the many questions we had. The car buying process is not something my husband and I enjoy, but the staff at Krause was friendly and made it easy and stress-free. We ended up buying the car I had only intended to test drive that day! :)

They show a lot of options on new cars, and the service repair it's helpful. The service bay looks clean and organized. Had an incident where was advised by phone that my vehicle was ready and end up waiting for an hour. Other than that the communication was very good. One sad point is that my car was dirty. I brought it clean and got it dirty. I still have one sound on my car that I asked to be checked out. Not sure if it was looked into. Overall, still a good place to service your Ford Lincoln vehicle.

Pete Gay at Krause was very informative and pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond with ensuring we were taken care of! We happily walked off with an F150 and I will definitely come back for the next vehicle! No regrets.

Fantastic dealership! Everyone was super nice, friendly, and genuine. I also have a lot of faith in their service shop; I took my new car for a pre-purchase inspection and my mechanic found the car to be in pristine condition. I worked with Don as my salesman and he was great; I felt no pressure, very comfortable, he listened to me, and he was very personable. I felt right at home here. Definitely recommend Krause Family Ford!
