I wish I could share a picture here. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, and what I got was what looks like 3 different size pizzas pieced together. To be fair, at least it's all pepperoni...

Ordered for Hunter Army Airfield, they kept ignoring me when I was asking if they had a person who could get on base and they said 50 minute wait. That’s fine. After an hour and a half I called back, “we don’t see your name” finally after a 10 minute phone call AGAIN they said “your food will be there shortly”. Waited 20 minutes, get another call “the gates not open and we called you 3 times”. The gate they went to is open 24/7, after they called I drove out the same gate. They also never called me. Worst customer service I have ever seen

The pizza was exactly what I wanted. However, curb service wasn’t the best. The employee called me twice from her personal phone looking for me & I was sitting right in front of the store.

Really unfortunate experience...order was supposed to be ready at 8, I got there at 8:09. My name was up on the screen saying that it was supposed to be ready. Half of the staff was in masks, half not. 4 different people asked me who I was, what my order was, was I sure I ordered at this location. I ended up being there for over 50 minutes waiting for my order, and still answering people's questions every couple minutes. There were multiple people in the same boat with me, waiting for over 30 minutes for their stuff. It was a hot mess...I'd pick a different location in the future, for sure.
