Not bad
Called about the status of our delivery order after waiting over an hour. Was told the delivery driver was leaving the store shortly. They then called back and said they don't deliver to my location? I placed an order from this exact location only 2 days before as well as multiple times in the past with no issues. What changed in literally 2 days???
Ordered while visiting on vacation. Placed my order online and my quoted delivery time was 8:25pm. A little after 10pm the delivery driver called and was sent to the wrong hotel. When she arrived and we got our food up to our room, the pizza, breadsticks and calazone were cold to the touch. I ordered extra cheese on the pizza and there was barely any cheese. The salad that I ordered came with no dressing even though I paid for extra dressing. Terrible experience overall. Would not recommend.
I love the pizza but whenever I order the “stoners satisfied” it’s supposed to come with 6 cookies as it clearly states on the website when I order. If you get 2 pizzas and ten wings you should probably get more than 3 cookies. (as I got again tonight. The cookies are for my kids or else I wouldn’t care) I have spoken to them several times and it appears that one manager feels that 3 cookies is enough regardless of the fact that it says 6 cookies come with when you order on the website. How hard is it for you guys to correct a problem this simple? Can you guys read your website maybe and sort this out?
My kids love this place we get their 1 large 1 topping pizza for 8.99 it’s cheap affordable lajuan The manager always take care of us. He gave my daughter some cookies last time we was there. Best pizza place!!!
