After calling Digital Access and getting no response, I called Precision. Gentleman answered and though busy, we set up an appointment that day ( Monday ). He arrived at the promised time and repaired the lock. I was so impressed with him, he is returning to do some more work. Reasonable rates.

Thanks again, Kevin!! This company is trustworthy. Kevin showed up on time, gave a reasonable price, and was professional. I waited 4hrs calling multiple companies. Precision locksmith will be my permanent key/lock person for now on.n(Side note; google review was not an option for another company I spoke to, but who was also professional, honest, and kind: Shout out to Professional Keys who I would also recommend).

We took an hour long roadtrip to Savannah with our two big dogs when my car key not only broke but was lost somewhere walking along the historic Bay Street. I called numerous locksmiths where I was answered by call centers that just took my information and said a technician would follow up with me. Finally I called Precision Entry and I felt so bad for interrupting his family time on a lovely Sunday, but he was more than willing to help make a spare key and reprogram it. He estimated it would be 2 hours, but actually showed up within 30 minutes and started working on it immediately. He was very professional, nice, and got the job done despite it being a slow Sunday! I definitely recommend this local company and was glad my key broke in Savannah of all places because other big chain companies would not even come close to the service provided to us today! Thank you again!

Very impressed with the service. I highly recommend Precision Entry. Keven was excellent. He arrived 20 minutes after I called, and the lockout service was affordable.
