Highly recommend Karen. She graciously answered any and all questions that I had for her and took the time to review my tax return with me, line by line. This was my first year with her and she has earned my business from now on. (less expensive than the franchise services that I have used in the past) The best tax lady I have ever had!

After my previous tax preparer refused to take responsibility for and amend the numerous mistakes he made on my 2018 taxes, I found myself in the position of searching for a new person. I had to pay someone else to undo the mess he made and I was furious. I was receiving letters from the IRS that I didn’t understand. I was told by a CPA that I didn’t actually need a CPA to amend and prepare my returns, but instead I should look for an Enrolled Agent. So off I went to Google to find someone. Since Karen Fuller was local, I thought I would give her a try. She was very empathetic to my situation and quoted me a very reasonable rate to proceed. I was very impressed at how thorough Karen was and her patience in explaining everything to me. Thanks to Karen’s expertise, I was able to amend my 2018 taxes and am looking forward to receiving a substantial refund. For my 2019 taxes, she explained things line by line. Her goal was to not only prepare my taxes, but to have me understand them as well.

I’ve been working since 2008 and this is the first year I received a refund because of Karen’s help. I’m amazed at her efficiency due to the fact that I live in Alabama and we have to work remotely. We are currently working on refunds for the past several years and I’m confident she will do her best to get results. I will look forward to working with Karen every year.

I received a letter from the IRS that I did not completely understand. I made contact with Karen Fuller, explained I did not understand all that was in the letter. Karen was able to explain exactly what the IRS was advising, wrote a responding letter, and amended the previous tax return. Karen completed this response with corrections in three days, this was an outstanding response time! Thank you Karen very much for your patience, knowledge, and speedy response!!
