My experience was hassle free and very pleasant. Masks were required, which I greatly appreciate. My tax professional was very friendly, knew her tax laws and her job. I appreciated the fact of having me wait to file my taxes until after the unemployment $10,200 waiver was entered in their data base, instead of doing my taxes and then having to do an amended return.nLynne Stephenson was wonderful!

My wife and I met with Sara @ HR Block Woodstock. Sara was professional, Courteous, and customer service orientated. It was a pleasure working with her and she was able to give us great insight in the tax return process. Sara was able to get us all of the deductions allowed. I cannot say enough good things about this great person and HR Block Employee!!!

H and r block is hands down the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with. The in office staffs ability to help the customer is beyond inefficient. The call center is rude, dismissive, and absolutely unhelpful. I wish I was warned by how incompetent the company is. To anyone considering doing their taxes go any and every other route. This is not a company that values you or customer service. And when true assistance is needed you will not receive it.
