Karen explained the services she provided, how long she has been in business, she stand behind the service. Karen is a Enrolled Agent, which gives the ability to represent you before the the IRS if it was ever needed. Karen is very knowledgeable on the new tax codes, professional, willing to answer any questions about the taxes she has prepared and very caring about her clients needs. With Karen as my Tax Preparer I feel like we are a team! Karen is awesome to work with!!
