I have been fixing my posture for almost 7 months now to try and ease my upper back pain and the pain is unreal even when you're trying to fix it. I have tried different office chairs, back strengthening training, yoga everyday, cold/hot baths routinely, just everything you can imagine. I was looking to go to the chiropractor but it seems so forceful and rough, and I hear that you have even more issues if you stop. Anyways, Dana basically (not really but felt like it) did this really cool peer-reviewed magic trick on me. It's been about a week now with little to no pain. I highly recommend her studio for any healing needs, especially craniosacral therapy. The studio is beautiful with the kindest people, the best dance and yoga classes and they even have workshops sometimes! 5/5 stars but I would give them way more if I could. Go check them out!
