Had everything I needed! Loved the outdoor area and all the strong men and women lifting. We will be back for the clean equipment and the great atmosphere. Lots of dumbbells up to 150lbs. Great place if you really want to lift.

I've been attending Iron Bodies since its inception almost two years ago. Initially, I was hoping for a gym that would provide an atmosphere conducive to striving for continual improvement. Iron Bodies provided that atmosphere from the beginning.nnHowever, over time this gym has become so much more. This is a not only a gym but a community of lifters that support one another and provide encouraging accountability to help reach their goals. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about achieving their fitness goals and want to be surrounded by some of the most knowledgeable and humble individuals in the Savannah area!

This gym announced it was closing about a month ago. Looks like it is still closing. Owner is always just working out. In a year this gym has changed my monthly rate 3x. Started at $30.00. Then rate went to $50 now it is $40. I was ok with that till the new owner is selling memberships at $10.00 a month. That doesn't seem fair. I have been a member for over a year and now you want to fill the gym with 10 dollar a month people. Join if you want, but I would not pay in full.

The biggest plus about Iron Bodies is the great community of people that motivate each other. There are some really strong and competitive lifters that are inspiring to be around, and there's just a overall friendly vibe No frills, good equipment, 24-hour access.

Trying to find someone actually working at a gym on a Sunday to get a day pass when Armstrong closed the rec. Completley unacceptable.
