Apparently it's perfectly fine for them to be open for patrons to make purchases during this current covid pandemic, but keeping their restroom open to the public is crossing the line? There is a higher probability of catching the virus from the obviously unclean and cramped conditions in the store than there is from using the restroom. Although, judging from the store, maybe they are doing us patrons a favor by not allowing use of their restroom. Regardless, definitely never patronizing them again.

I was a loyal customer for several months.My wife went into play her lotto. Counter man, ignored her and serviced another customer. She told him that wasn't right but still played her lotto. Later she realized she had lost her house keys and called the store but was told they did not have them. She called twice. I then went back to the store with and they again told her they did not have them. She later went back again and they told her they have them but that she should not cause a fuss in their store. It seems like they were punishing her for complaining about bad service. I and my wife will not be doing business there again!
