My experience with CarMax was simple and quick. I went there on a Friday. It took about 20 minutes to appraise my vehicle and give me an offer. I came back on Monday and it took less thank an hour to make the transaction. I would definitely do it again.
I went today w/ pre approval & a appraisal on my vehicle I was met by Andrew he was awesome he got me into a vehicle I loved after many vehicles to get me @ my price point I wanted. Carmax was awesome & very accommodating to their customers. I would recommend them to anyone that is trying to get out if a tight spot. Again ask for Andrew. I have been to numerous dealerships over the last month & this was the 1st one that was accommodating to me. I'd recommend them to everyone

Amazing experience. Originally got a 2013 Nissan Rogue thinking I wouldn’t get approved for something newer. I wasn’t satisfied with the car so I reached out to Joseph and him and the manager helped get me into a 2017 Hyundai Tucson that I absolutely love. Joseph was amazing and very helpful.
