I bought a brand new MT-03 from here a couple months ago and these guys were amazing right off the bat. I called to ask about the bike and the salesman, Zane, was nice and straight to the point, worked with me on negotiating a price, and within about 15 minutes I had my name on it. Upon picking it up, we sat with the finance manager, Kevin, for a couple hours and he had a great demeaner, was very kind, and just an all around cool guy. He made us feel very comfortable and went out of his way look at several different financial options for us. Not once did he make me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. Ben in the gear department was also very friendly, could tell I was a new rider, was patient and talked with us for a no less than an hour about different gear and what would be best for me as a female rider. The other employees we came into contact with were just as friendly and down to earth. These guys definitely cater to their customers the best they can and keep a fun, but professional, work environment to make the customer experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Its a very personalized experience. Highly recommend buying from this place over the competition.
Had a great experience at this store. I was looking for a side by side and Zane my salesman helped find the perfect utv to fit my needs for myself and my wife. Kevin helped with a speedy sales process, I can't say enough about this team that works hear, all awesome employees and knowledge! I recommend this store for your off-road needs!
The first time we visited Honda Yamaha Triumph Kawasaki of Savannah we left underwhelmed. The associate we dealt was very laissez faire and left much to be desired. Maybe it was an off day--nnWe phoned in about a month later and spoke with Lance who promptly addressed all questions and offered suggestions. We visited the store the next day, and are so glad we did. Lance was a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He was lovely to work with and offered up his guidance and patience.nnAfter deciding on a bike, we visited the parts department where we dealt with Dillon- also a walking encyclopedia. He was humorous, knowledgeable, and courteous. We then visited with Kevin to take care of payment. He too was pleasant to interact with, very personable, and kind.nnLastly, our bike was delivered safely the same day by a helpful young man. Everyone who we interacted with this occasion made our experience top-notch from start to finish.nnOverall, we are 100% satisfied with our purchase and our interactions, and highly recommend Honda Yamaha Triumph Kawasaki of Savannah.
going to be moving to Savannah GA and these guys are the one stop shop! helped me with the purchase of a new dirt bike over the phone within 5 minutes! very responsive and definitely there for the support of their customers they got my business 10000X over!
We had a great experience here! I definitely recommend Kym, she was great she made sure we had everything we needed very polite. Got our Honda rancher loaded up and she helped us strap it down.
