The ice cream machine was down! Go figure!
Their coffee machine was down so I got an espresso for the first time ... Now I like my coffee strong so I had them add 2 extra shots and it was awesome! Paired with my egg Mcmuffin it was a good morning! Oh did I mention they also have the best biscuits... Yep!
Jesup. Cashier was nice but burger was cold and dry. ud83euddc0 wasn't melted.

The staff always seem tired and lazy. Whether its the morning crew or the night crew the culture at this location needs huge improvements. People choose to go to McDonald's because of its name but many choose which location they want to give their money to based on experience. I have been going to this location for 1 whole year and I can conclude that the atmosphere is not welcoming. The staff seriously just stand there and stare at customers if the cashier is not in the front. The staff are always frowning and seem like tension there. There is a white girl that usually serves at the window. This young lady is always sweet and always have a nice smile.. When she gave me my food 2 days ago she seemed agitated. I then notice a short light skinned girl going off on her. And that engery transferred and it made me uncomfortable. I could tell that the young white girl felt bullied and embarrassed by her co-worker. With that being said, the managers need to make sure all staff members are treated fairly and the work environment is not hostile. I would recommend training for managers that would teach them how to create an welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
