My husband and I have worked with Beth for roughly a year to rectify a “simple” paperwork issue that we were assured would be taken care of quickly. Her lack of communication, lack of follow through & general unwillingness to help has set us behind many months. I do not recommend this business under any circumstances.
This firm is very unprofessional, Beth never responds and when she does it’s on her own time and not with the information that is needed. It’s very hard to get in touch with her. I would not recommend them at all. The first three reviews are definitely fake and most likely paid for. This is not a five star company. Honestly deserves not even the one star. Believe you me.
