I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:34pm. Chris took my order. I looked at the time it was 9:53 pm. The pizza still haven't arrived. I called the the manager and told her about the situation. She had a nasty attitude and didn't apologize!

Show up to pick up the pizza I ordered. I usually get it delivered, but today I decided to pick it up cause it was cheaper that way. So I enter the restaurant and see that the employee preparing the pizza isn't wearing any gloves. Then I notice that the employee putting sauce and toppings on it also isn't wearing gloves. On top of that he's not even dressed to store policy. No hat, no apron, not even in a dominos shirt. But regardless I bring home the pizza and put it out of my mind and start trying to enjoy it. But then after a couple of bites I notice hair on the slice. So enjoyment is now gone. This is all quite disappointing because I often got delivery from this dominos. But now after this I don't know if I'll be ordering from them ever again.

I have ordered from this location for several years, and alot more since the pandemic started. I have never had a problem with my orders, the food is always hot and fresh. Me driver most of the time is Ryan and he's awesome. The other drivers are are too, he had just been the main one for me. I've went into the store several times before the pandemic and everyone was courteous, and my food was ready quick! So my team on New Street, keep up the great work, i appreciate you!

Ordered online through the app and carried out. Ordered three pizzas, all made perfect and neat. They had plenty of toppings. Reasonable pricing and good customer service.
