How are you a sandwich shop without bread during supper rush (6:45 PM)? Wouldn't it make sense to make more bread when you realize your quantity on hand is slow? Freaky fast? More like crazy slow.
Employees not wearing masks!!!! I'm so enraged! Two emplyoees put on masks as I entered the store, one already on, and one didnt care (wore as a chin strap). Guy from back came out wearing his mask, but pulled it off as I went to leave. Won't be coming back for now. Also two other customers no masks in sight eating by the door.nDon't go here if you care about being safe
Stopped by and grabbed a sandwich for dinner and it was the most disappointing sandwich I've every gotten from JJ. Decided to try the Kickin Chicken sandwich and there is almost nothing there. I got 2 thin slices of chicken, one slice of cheese, a small pinch of lettuce, one pepper and a small drizzle of whatever sauce they are putting on it. Definitely not worth the money and way off from the normal sandwiches I get from JJ.
The food was wonderful and our order was made fast and done right. Staff was awesome too
First and last time eating at a Jimmy John's. Ordered a roast beef #10. I was shocked when I asked for salt and pepper and was informed they don't have salt and pepper!! They gave me packets. My husband asked for yellow mustard and was told the same thing. What kind of sandwich shop doesn't have these things? Quality of sandwich was subpar. Meat was tightly rolled instead of layered. Bread was hard. Service was mediocre. Thumbs down.
