My braids were coming out a week after getting them. I kept going back thinking it was because my hair was so short. This happened 3 times. I went back a forth time knowing they accept walk-ins, this time with my daughter. The owner asked me to leave my DAUGHTER as collateral while I run to the ATM. That’s was very disrespectful and disgusting customer service. I will never return. Mind you I have paid them with no problem and have been 6 months in a row. Also, I’m in the military and had my Army sweat pants on. Just sad.
There very professional good price. There very fast my hair lasted for 3 months!! Definitely would go back and recommend. If you don’t go girl your missing out!
