I have really enjoyed going to Sparks Yoga and their pop up classes they host.nThe instructors are so nice and easy to keep up with.nThe facility is clean and they sale the cutest Yoga mats.nThe prices are really good as well.nI am looking forward to going back next week!

Yoga is for everyone! And it feels like it at Sparks. Going regularly for over a year now, I can confirm Sparks has a class for whatever ails you, body and mind. They are happy to help you find the class or modification that’s right for you. If the social component holds you back (because it took me several months), take a deep breath and trust me when I say everyone is only worried about what’s going on on their own mat.
Truly the best part of my day! Such a warm welcoming and encouraging atmosphere no matter what yoga level you are at!
