I have been in the electrical business since 1984 and have not experienced another electrical contractor who cares more for the clients, owners, and employees. They use the word family when describing how they feel about partners and they mean it. We are not perfect but try to be, and continue taking steps to improve. I am blessed to be a part of this team of awesome people. Yes, I work for All-State but would not have posted a review If I didn’t believe what I am writing.

By far the best electrical company in the state, Hands Down! This company believes in camaraderie and teamwork to the level where everyone feels like an important part of this process and a crucial part of which direction this company goes. Great company to work for!

It’s a wonderful company to work for and my fellow colleagues are just as great from the office personnel to the men and women in the field. I’ve only been here 8 months. I waited a short period of time before I gave All-State a review so I could be honest and fair to the company and to who may read this looking to contract us for work or looking for employment but compared to my Previous employer that I was with for 20 years prior to coming here I will honestly say that Allstate has treated me as if I’ve been employed here 20 years and 8 months. This is one of the meany jobs we are a part of yearly.
