Encountered a rude pharmacist today on the phone while I was trying to explain to him about them getting my insurance information wrong again for the second time. He act like he didn’t want to hear it and was trying to rush me off the phone. Now I have never had a problem with cvs until today I don’t know what his problem was but he need to leave it outside the doors.

Phone lines have been down for days. Very irresponsible as people depend on medication. They have no decency or respect for people. I filled my rx days before on purpose to have all I need before my trip. They still haven’t filled it and they still are having phone issues. When I called the pharmacist was so short with me. They always have some kind of issues and the workers are so lazy. They even gave me the wrong medication one time and guess what? The guy still works there and only for a strike. I don’t recommend them. They file the insurance wrong all the time as well. This isn’t Walmart this is a cvs that fills life saving mediations.
