Waited in line 45 minutes to pick up prescription I was fourth in line and one car ahead of me pulled out and left after waiting 20 minutes. First car in line was not even helped for 20 minutes. I heard lady apologizing said it was really busy then Walgreen needs to add another person to wait on the in line people. Second car took 10 minutes to be waited on but she was asking questions and then decided not to get the meds. I pulled up finally at 4:23 and drove out at 4:25.

Very structured store. Loved the cashier! She was very hospitable yesterday morning. Very attracive young lady with cornrowns who displayed exemplary customer service and patience. I was doing a deal and wanted to get my Registar Rewards for each individual product purchased as to take those funds and shop in store. She called her manager to see if it was cool do so. Her manger gave the okay. She did so with a smile! I GOT SOME REALLY GOOD DEALS THIS DAY!!! Purchased $12 worth of product and recieved 6 /1.99 reward coupons back. I left here completely happy with 3 boxes of cereal, 4 rolls of paper towels, 2 regular size Arm and Hammer Sensitive 32 loads detergent , 5 Black Forest Gummies and 1 Trolli Gummies bag (each bag 1.99 recieved 1.99 coupon back for the 6 bags). Shall return of course!!!

Be really careful here; count your pills before you leave the counter! Meds were picked up yesterday and delivered still sealed (stapled) in original packaging, but was not opened until that night and found it was shorted.nWent back this morning to rectify and the pharmacist on duty (same one who filled it), was loud and got even louder and adamant that SHE had counted the pills right. However, to be fair she did do a count and said that her numbers were right. I tried (calmly) to explain what had happened (receiving & counting the night before) and was more or less given the impression that it was just my tough luck. There is nothing she could or would do about the situation. She gave me the impression that she didn't believe what I was telling her. Another employee had the audacity to come up trying to defend the pharmacist saying that the packaging was tampered with by having two staples and knew that this particular pharmacist only uses one, which was a lie. The pharmacist was seen putting in two! Extremely frustrating - like I wrote before - COUNT YOUR MEDS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE COUNTER.nI was told I was welcome to come back in 3 hours and speak with the pharmacy manager; however, I really doubt it will do any good. It comes down to a case of he said she said.nI'm not saying the pharmacist stole the missing meds. . .but anything is possible.nWill update if needed.
