No customer service and not helpful at all.
Won’t pick up the phone
I honestly feel bad for the pharmacist here. He is clearly overworked and is not able to handle the volume of prescriptions that comes through this store on his own. I have seen first hand, where the assistant has called out and he was there by himself filling prescriptions, working the register, drive through, and answering the phone. The assistants they hire in this store are absolutely horrible. They don't know what they're doing or what's going on. Whenever they luck up and find a good one, I guess they see what it's really like to work in this horrible location and they don't come back. Just close it.
Worst pharmacy service i have ever had
I like this CVS and I always get my prescriptions. They do take quite awhile to fill them, but I'm always prepared for that. It may be difficult to get them on the phone at times. However, this is the closest CVS in an area where most of people have limited transportation. Also it's close to where most of the neighborhood jobs and errands are. So this location usually has a high volume of patients.
