Tyler and Steven are a great addition to this business. The last time I came in for service it was just fine but now with these two, I have to say it was fantastic. They both worked together to make sure my experience was the best. They offered me a ride, made sure I was up to date on my services and even offered my wife and I something to drink while we waited. Talk about the red carpet treatment. Hutchinson has really stepped it up with quality people. Thank you all for taking care of us and making us feel important.
I had a huge issue with my new Yukon Denali. I came into Hutchinson to see if they time to fix it. I didn't have an appointment and Steven took me right in. The service manager even came out and introduced himself to me and asked if I needed anything while I waited. All in all I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.
Top Notch Service! From the word “go” the staff at Hutchinson were amazing! Chris Turk was phenomenal with finding us exactly what we wanted and making it happen. We drove 3 hours and they made sure everything was seamless and easy! I highly recommend Chris Turk. He made the whole process so easy. Can’t praise them enough! I have to say I usually Hate car shopping especially from dealerships! Jon made our Car purchase almost fun! He found my daughter the perfect car for her. He made the process easy and flawless! We got a great deal! He made sure the car had a full tank of gas, oil change and detailed. Great customer service! Hutchinson Buik we will be back!!!
Love all these people! Griffin took such good care of me by answering all my questions and making sure that I knew what I was walking into when it came time for a possible repair in the future! He's easy on the eyes, doesn't hurt either!!!
